By commissioning me for Live2D art/ illustrations , you agree to the following terms and conditions:
General Terms
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.- Prices and turnaround time depend on the complexity of the model and my workload.- The client must provide clear references and descriptions for the commission or you can ask me if you want to do a sheet for your character.- I can showcase the commissioned artwork in my portfolio (for example, on my website or social media), unless the client requests otherwise.- Doing art / Live2D art is my full-time job, and I kindly ask clients to be respectful and patient throughout the process.
Rushing or excessive pressure may affect my work quality.
- Payments must be made in full upfront (or via an agreed-upon payment plan).- All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.- Accepted payment methods: [PayPal only]- Prices are subject to change, but once confirmed, the agreed price will remain fixed.
Process & Revisions
- For Live2D I will provide progress updates at key stages (sketch, base color, final rendering, etc.).- for illustration commission I’ll provide the first stage sketch for your review. At this stage you may request small changes
Once it’s approved I’ll move forward and complete the illustration. Please note that revisions after this point will require an additional fee. The final result will be delivered once the illustration is complete.- Minor revisions are allowed at each stage, but excessive revisions may incur additional fees.- Major revisions after the final artwork is completed may require extra payment.- Completion time varies but will be discussed before starting.
- I retain full copyright of the Live2D artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.- The client may use the model artwork for streaming, content creation, and social media- The client may not redistribute, resell, modify, or claim the work as their own.- The commissioned artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI training, or any unauthorized commercial purposes.
For Model Delivery
- The final files will be delivered in PSD format, prepared for rigging.- Clients will receive the necessary layers structured for Live2D rigging.- I will not provide additional modifications after final delivery unless agreed upon beforehand.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- If I cannot complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued- If the client cancels before work has begun
a partial refund may be issued.- No refunds will be given once the final artwork is delivered

If your character design was bought I can only accept the commission if you have the commercial rights or permission from the original artist ♡Any modifications to the artwork for rigging purposes by third parties must be discussed beforehand.Clients may request minor fixes post-delivery, but major adjustments may incur extra fees.By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms outlined in this document.For any questions or special requests, feel free to contact me!
